solution specially developed to meet the needs of that certain field. MagiCount is a module-based IT system,
that approaches business needs with an own philosophy, from a completely different point of view than usual
enterprise management systems, trying to cover the "holes" left in IT processes, by using suit applications.
It can be easily adjusted to needs by ready made vouchering, financial and stock evidencing base modules.
Contract registration
The module ensures the electronic evidence and tracking of the financial performance of a company's contracts.
The system manages contract modifications in different versions, thereby the lifecycle of every contract
can be tracked from it being signed until its end.
Custom clearance - transportation module
This module was specially developed for companies whose main activities include custom clearance, wholesale trade
export and import. It supports the registration of custom declarations and the whole custom related management
process including the automatic discharge of financial obligations, tracking of the duty - balance and filling
of international shipping documents.
Administrative module
The issuing of different permits as commercial selling of tools, diploma accreditation, drug import - export,
etc., are financially conditioned by governmental institutions. The module supports the whole decision -
making process, the registration of different types of requests - online or by a clerk, billing and monitoring
of the discharge of financial obligations.
Guest - registering module
The module is used to register in advance and receive guests in institutions with more check-in points. The
system registers the cards' serial number, providing an up-to-date journal to track visitors in a given
period. The program supports the LDAP protocol, so user-data maintenance can be realized on the internal
network (Active Directory).
